Thoughtfully planned travel, tailored to you

Greece is where I go deepest. Everything else builds from there.

I’ve traveled to 110+ countries and use that experience to help you plan trips that actually fit—how you travel, what you value, and what’s worth your time

Experience that shapes how you travel

I started drawing maps of the world from memory as a kid.

Since then, I’ve spent years exploring it—across more than 110 countries—learning how places actually feel beyond the surface.

What I bring to your trip

  • 🌍 Global perspective — firsthand experience across 110+ countries

  • 🇬🇷 Greek insight — as a Greek citizen, I know the country far beyond the typical routes

  • 🧭 Thoughtful planning — built around how you travel, not just where you go

Beyond the obvious

I focus on experiences that go deeper than the standard itinerary, whether that’s time in lesser-known regions, better pacing, or simply avoiding places that aren’t worth it.

Because not everywhere is “charming.” And knowing the difference matters.

An informed, practical approach

I speak multiple languages and bring a background in international relations, which shapes how I understand places, not just as destinations, but as living, evolving environments.

That perspective helps me design trips that are thoughtful, realistic, and easy to navigate.

What that means for you

A trip that feels considered from start to finish, aligned with how you like to travel, and focused on what’s actually worth your time.

Greece, beyond the obvious

Greece is one of the most rewarding places to travel—and one of the easiest to get wrong.
The difference comes down to where you go, how you pace it, and what you choose to skip.

As a Greek citizen who’s spent years exploring the country, I approach it differently, balancing the iconic places with the ones most travelers miss.

What most people get wrong

Most itineraries focus on the same handful of islands, rushed schedules, and places that photograph well but don’t always deliver.

What I recommend instead

  • More thoughtful pacing

  • Island combinations that actually complement each other

  • Time beyond the islands, where it makes sense

  • Avoiding places that aren’t worth it

Sample itineraries

A few ways I think about planning travel in Greece:

🏔️ The Adventurer — Northern Greece by Road

A different side of Greece—mountains, dramatic landscapes, and far fewer crowds.

  • Thessaloniki as a starting point

  • Time around Mount Olympus

  • Meteora’s monasteries at sunrise

  • Hiking through Vikos Gorge

  • Ending in Ioannina, a laid-back, lakeside city

👉 A more active, immersive side of Greece

🌊 The Alternative Islands — Greece Without the Crowds

For travelers who want the energy of the islands, without the cost or chaos.

  • Anafi for quiet beaches and simplicity

  • Ikaria for a slower pace and local character

  • Syros for urban elegance and class

  • Time to settle in, not rush through

👉 A slower, more authentic version of island hopping

🏛️ The Peloponnese — History, Coastlines, and Depth

A route that combines ancient sites with some of the most varied landscapes in Greece.

  • Athens as a starting point

  • Nafplio and Epidaurus

  • Monemvasia along the southern coast

  • Pylos and the western Peloponnese

  • Option to finish in Kefalonia

👉 A well-rounded trip with history, scenery, and fewer crowds than the islands.

These are just a few examples. Each trip is built around how you travel and what you’re looking for

How it works

Every trip starts with a focused planning session.

This is where we shape your trip together—clarifying where to go, how to pace it, and what’s actually worth your time.

Planning Call — $150

A one-hour working session designed to give you clarity and direction.

  • We start broad—exploring destinations and possibilities you may not have considered

  • I identify your travel style, priorities, and constraints

  • We refine timing, pacing, and overall approach

  • You’ll leave with a clear sense of what your trip should look like

After the call, you’ll receive a written summary outlining your trip direction, key decisions, and next steps.

💡 If you move forward with a full itinerary, this cost is applied toward your project.

Custom itineraries

From there, I build a fully tailored itinerary based on everything we discussed.

Within a few days, I’ll share a draft and walk you through it together.

I don’t just present options. I will help you decide what’s actually worth your time.

Each itinerary can include:

  • End-to-end logistics (flights, ferries, transport)

  • Carefully selected accommodations

  • Activities and local experiences

  • Clear cost breakdowns

  • Direct booking links

Pricing

Custom itineraries typically range from $800–$2,000+, depending on the scope and complexity of your trip.

  • Includes two rounds of revisions

  • Designed around your priorities—not templates

What clients say

"Tom completely understood how we like to travel and built an itinerary that felt truly tailored to us. It was far more thoughtful and flexible than anything we could have planned ourselves—or any group tour.

Every detail was organized, but never rigid, and the recommendations made the trip. We’ll absolutely be working with him again.”
